Friendly driver who was there on arrival and drove sensibly to our hotel in Cannes. Due to the virus our flight was switched from an earlier flight to a later flight and it was a simple action to modify the pick up which was confirmed in minutes. On the return we were unsure about our pick up due to the France lockdown during our stay and whether the pick up was regarded as essential transport. I couldn’t get a straight answer from anywhere as the company due to return us was not the same company that picked us up. I contacted our arrivals driver (Xavier) who tried his best to help me but as it was different company picking us up he couldn’t give me much information but I really appreciate he tried.

It was easy to book and the driver also messaged me a few days before - this is something you should do as it was really helpful knowing I had a contact number for him in case of delay or not being able to find him at the airport. But for us the big thing was that we ended up in France just as the coronavirus situation was getting serious. In fact, just hours after arriving France was locked down and we needed to find a flight home. Obviously this wasn\'t easy but your office were helpful in moving our return transfer and did not alter the price. This helped us get home and the flexibility was the most important thing.
