Good online booking process, easy to change pick up times when flight times were changed. Polite driver, arrived few minutes early so no anxieties! Also we appreciate that he sent a WhatsApp message the day before- although husband didn’t see this until the day after our transfer sorry! Nice that he gave us a bottle of water each for the hour journey.

The Driver was a perfect Gentleman, I have been traveling for the last month all throughout Europe, and had many Drivers, but the way this driver took care of us, from the moment he let me know, in with gate he was waiting for me, and I let him knew that the bags were late , he had a very positive attitude, he wrote me, that it was ok, and he was going to wait! Very efficient and friendly service , taxi was spotless . We used the service for a return airport transfer . Taxi was waiting when we arrived over an hour late and arrived over 5 minutes early to collect us . Would recommend the service to anyone. We travelled as a family of 3 adults and 3 children’s . Made the process very stress free .

Marcin was very nice and friendly, our flight was late and when we landed I had 2 missed calls and when I phoned Marcin he came over to us and helped us to the Mercedes Van which was clean and comfortable and the baby seats were great and saved us so much hassle.
